What hours are considered a full day rental?

A one day rental consists of eight (8) hours on metered items bobcats and  light towers and twenty four (24) hours on non-metered items like pumps, heaters, and compactors.

Do we offer delivery?

Yes.  We rent equipment from both the Quincy and Plymouth locations.  Please call 617-328-5095 for rates.

What forms of payment do we accept?

We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Business Checks provided with a valid Driver's License.

How do I set up an account with Baystate Equipment?

Download our two page Credit Application along with the Credit Card Authorization Form and fax them to 617-479-6681.  Please also fax a copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance. In our downloadable forms, you will find copies of these necessary documents.

If I rent on a Friday, when does the equipment have to be back? And how much will I be charged?

Weekend rentals are delivered on Friday and picked up on Monday.  We charge 1.5 days rent for weekend rentals.
